Getafix’s goal for 2024 was renewal. So far, this has primarily manifested as a change in our corporate identity, updated websites, and a newsletter. Internally, we are revamping our customer service and sales tools, and in early next year, we will implement a new system that will further enhance our services. This also includes a change in our invoicing system, which will take place in the near future. <\/p>\n\n
Throughout the year, we have also hired two new employees in addition to the experts you are already familiar with. Furthermore, we have provided significantly more training to our staff than in previous years, and we will continue to do so to ensure we can consistently offer you high-quality expertise and competence. We are also actively involved in the nationwide G30 chain, through which we can offer services across Finland. <\/p>\n\n
Two issues have stood out in the IT world this year: the increase in cybersecurity threats and the breakthrough of generative AI. A significant part of our efforts to enhance and continuously update our expertise is related to these two themes. For AI solutions, we utilize Microsoft Copilot solutions ourselves and help our customers implement them in a controlled manner. On the cybersecurity front, we introduced the Keeper password management tool to our portfolio this autumn, which will also facilitate the management of upcoming passkey identifiers as we move towards a passwordless world \u2013 making the solution future-proof. <\/p>\n\n
Ensuring cybersecurity is part of securing broader business continuity, and we have long encouraged our customers to also take care of their storage and recovery solutions, which many of you already have in place. We have also productized two assessment services: a Cybersecurity Assessment and a Microsoft 365 Environment Assessment, through which our customers gain a clear understanding of their current situation in these areas. We also finalized monthly-billed managed laptop and small office network solution packages as service products. <\/p>\n\n
Our goal for next year, with the aforementioned renewals, is to serve you even better, introduce new services to our offering, and, of course, acquire new customers. Our parent company Louhi’s services (domain names, website platform services, and their technical maintenance) will become part of our offering, thereby simplifying your life concerning these matters. We will also introduce a more comprehensive backup and recovery solution for Microsoft 365 environments. We will provide more details on these once our system upgrades and productization are complete. <\/p>\n\n
