Louhi Net Oy and Getafix Oy have signed an agreement under which Louhi will acquire Getafix’s entire share capital. Following the acquisition, Getafix Oy will continue its operations and development as an independent company, with synergy gradually increasing on multiple levels. There will be no changes to Getafix’s personnel, and our customers’ familiar contact information will remain unchanged.
For customers, this change will manifest as even more comprehensive service and scalability, always based on the customer’s own ICT strategy and platform choices.
“Having Louhi as an owner opens up new opportunities for us to serve our customers locally and nationally. It is important to us that the owner is a 100% Finnish company that also continues local operations and genuinely wants to develop the business,” comments Getafix CEO Ate Kolulahti on the acquisition.
“Louhi wants to help its customers develop and grow their businesses. Together with Getafix, we can support SMEs even more comprehensively at all stages of their operations. Getafix provides us with a channel to serve customers also regarding their own ICT infrastructure, and we will develop Getafix as its own company,” states Louhi CEO Mika Paavola.
