The objective of the corporate restructuring is to combine the companies’ resources and create an even broader and more diverse service portfolio for customers. Through the acquisition, Getafix significantly strengthens its position, particularly as an expert in Apple enterprise solutions, environments, and lifecycle services.
Core Service Oy will continue its operations as an independent company, and its current management and personnel will remain in their positions. The deal significantly bolsters Core Service Oy’s service offering and strengthens its ability to provide comprehensive IT services to its customers.

Core Service Oy has established its position as a reliable partner, known in the market especially for its high-level and certified Apple expertise. The company offers comprehensive enterprise solutions along with support and maintenance services for businesses operating within the Apple ecosystem.
