Getafix’s parent company, Louhi Net Oy, and PH Data Oy have signed an agreement under which Louhi acquired PH Data. This acquisition is a continuation of Louhi’s previous acquisition of Getafix Oy.
Getafix grows as Louhi acquires the entire share capital of PH Data. For Getafix and PH Data customers, this change means even more comprehensive services and scalability, always based on the customer’s own ICT strategy and platform choices.
