Getafix Strengthens Through Cloudlife Acquisition – More Services for AI Adoption and Cybersecurity for Our Customers

Getafix is strengthening after its parent company, Louhi Net Oy, acquired the Helsinki-based IT services company Cloudlife Oy (www.cloudlife.fi). Cloudlife’s personnel will continue as existing employees. The company will be integrated into Getafix Oy next spring.

The acquisition strengthens Getafix’s IT support services and expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and digital work solutions. The deal is a continuation of Louhi and Getafix’s growth strategy, which also included the acquisition of PH Data Oy in the spring. Following these arrangements, Getafix Oy will become an entity of 23 experts with a turnover of €3.3 million, focusing on Microsoft 365 environments, comprehensive IT services, and delivering the benefits of AI, particularly for SMEs and industrial IT solutions.

For customers, the change will be reflected in an even more comprehensive service offering and improved scalability, while the customer’s own IT strategy and platform choices remain the starting point.

Getafix Also Strengthens Its Management Team

Cloudlife Oy’s key personnel, Markus Helander (pictured right) and Anders Westerholm (pictured left), will join Getafix Oy’s management team. They will take on central roles as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Mika Paavola, CEO, Louhi Net Oy and Getafix Oy:

“Cloudlife Oy joining Getafix Oy brings clear added value to the customers of both companies: a larger organization and more expertise in Microsoft 365, AI, and cybersecurity solutions, as well as our services. It is also significant for us that Markus Helander and Anders Westerholm will continue in key roles in our new organization as COO and CTO, strengthening our management team. We have a clear shared vision for developing operations and expertise, which is emphasized during the current fast-paced technological transition.”

Markus Helander, CEO, Cloudlife Oy:

“Merging with Getafix opens significant new doors regarding the services delivered to customers. As a result of the merger, our customers will receive even broader expertise for their Microsoft 365 solutions and more experts to implement daily IT maintenance services and deliver modern business-developing implementations. With the deal and the new roles, we will have broader shoulders to offer new solutions, and our personnel will be able to develop themselves even further. It has been a pleasure to notice how much we have been on the same wavelength from the very first steps, and expectations for centralizing operations are very high.”

Getafix to Have Two Offices in the Future – Lohja and Helsinki

The merger of Cloudlife into Getafix will be carried out as quickly as possible during next spring. Cloudlife’s office is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.

PH Data Oy, acquired in the spring, will merge into Getafix starting January 1, 2026, and will move from its current location to the same address as Cloudlife at Valimotie 17-19, Helsinki, which will thus become Getafix’s Helsinki office. Getafix’s Lohja office will remain at its current address, and the company’s registered office will stay in Lohja.
