“We have agreed that an expert from Getafix will visit on-site once a month. The amount of on-site support has been valuable because people have different levels of IT proficiency, and not everyone necessarily brings up a potential problem with a device or system if they feel it’s a minor issue. When the person is here on-site, it’s easy to tap them on the shoulder and ask them to take a look. Additionally, if we have a new employee starting, it has significantly eased their onboarding, as no time is spent installing devices and systems, because Getafix handles that aspect.”
KAS Asunnot uses remote support occasionally, for example, if there’s a challenge with a printer or if a staff member needs help with a login issue. In such cases, assistance has been quickly available, and work could continue once the problem was efficiently resolved.
