“Work has become easier for us as operations are more logical and practices are more consistent. The collaboration ensures that we have everything we need regarding devices and the operating environment,” Lauri states.
“For the most part, everything happens very smoothly, and things are handled for us. We work very closely together; the customer service at Getafix is excellent, and they are easily reachable. Usually, things can be handled remotely, but if there has been a need that couldn’t be resolved remotely, Getafix has visited on-site very flexibly and on short notice, which has resolved the issue,” Juha says.

Operational development is also a key pillar for Getafix, which is why they actively strive to improve collaboration with clients to ensure customer companies keep pace with continuously digitalizing and rapidly evolving business. Juha and Lauri highlight this idea as the best part of the collaboration:
“Low-threshold communication and open discussion about needs and solutions that suit us are the best parts of this collaboration. Sometimes you can get support for even very small things just by calling and asking. Everything we request is always handled as agreed, and Getafix actively suggests further measures we could consider for the future. We are kept up to date on options suitable for further development. Billing has also been clear, and I have nothing negative to say about the partnership,” Juha says.
“We can best recommend Getafix from our own perspective, which is for slightly smaller companies. You can get help, for example, if you are at the very beginning of building an IT environment. If you are further along, you can get help with optimization. Getafix knows how to explain the most sensible way to implement things or how solutions should be further developed,” Lauri says.
